Villa's regulation

Minimum stay: 7 nights. For different needs, please contact us directly by email or phone.

​​To guarantee a peaceful and pleasent stays for all guests, we ask you tu carefully read the following regolation.

1. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 3pm

Check-out: by 10am

Different times can be agreed based on availability.

2. Capacity and guest

The villa can accomodate the maximum number of people indicated at the time of booking.​

It is not allowed to introduce additional guests without authorization.

​

3. Pets allowed​​

Pets are welcome at Villa White!

We ask you to report the presence of the pet at the time of booking.

Each guest is responsible for their own pet and for respecting for the common rules of coexistence.

It is requests that pets: 

• Are not left unattended inside the villa.

• Do not go up on beds and sofas.

• Do not disturbe the neighboorhood.

• Are never aggressive towards people or other animals

Any damages to furniture, garden and structures will be paid by the pet's owner.

4. Security

Close doors and windows before leaving the villa.

Do not leave household appliances running unattended.

The property is not responsible for theft or loss.

5. Waste cleaning and collection
The villa must be kept tidy and clean during your stay.

It is mandatory to carry out separate waste collection as indicated in the on-site instructions.

6. Prohibitions

Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.

 

No unauthorized parties or events are permitted.

Do not move furniture or equipment without permission.
